Job Description

• Experience with Business Intelligence tools like SAP Business Objects, IBM Cognos BI, Tableau

• Establish strong relationship with Customers stakeholders, Project and BAU team to ensure quality delivery

• Good knowledge on premises support and Cloud Support (like AWS, Azure) for BI infrastructure

• DevOps Team Lead Administrator supporting the infrastructure (on the premise and cloud based deployments) for BI ETL products and applications across regions

• Strong expertise in working with wide variety of projects in IT Product-based and Service based companies for various clients in different domains like IT Service and Management, Aerospace and banking

• Strong expertise in install, upgrade, configure, delivery, maintenance and support of highly available BI environments using multiple technologies with BI products like SAP Business Objects/Business Intelligence, IBM Cognos Analytics, Tableau

• Assess, define, implement, support and continuously improve the Business Intelligence infrastructure/platform

• Experience in BI Infrastructure modernization

• Expertise in hardening the security of environments such that they are not vulnerable and compliant to security standards.

• Expertise in handling the Data warehouse environments during data centre migration activities.

• Strong expertise in handling code deployments and CI/CD.

• Hands on experience in implementing Business Intelligence as a Service Operations right from engaging the customer/business, providing self-service requesting and provisioning interface for BI environment, owning, sizing and engineering the products with complete service architecture, data management, governance, audit, security and compliance, infrastructure support, SLA, Incident, Change and Problem Management, Build, Troubleshoot, Performance, Business As Usual support and Service Delivery

• Enthusiastic, professional, and confident personality, with a focus on customer success and team player

• Schedule and track detailed transition plan for weekend activities

• Create weekly transition status reports and present them to the customer

• Participate in internal and customer reviews

• Timely resolution of issues

• Planning for risks and executing mitigation plans

• Provide recommendation on the cloud strategy of the organization

• Experience in setting up Business Intelligence cluster, Monitoring and Performance Tuning of all BI to ensure high availability

• Co-ordinate with other Operations team to ensure that solutions are in alignment with IT strategy around business goals, technologies and the infrastructure

• Positive attitude and ability to quickly adapt to new environments and learn new technologies

• Strong expertise in coordinating with stakeholders, identifying their use case requirements, road maps, conceptualizing end to end solutions and ensuring delivery of Business Intelligence solution that helps business for strategic decision making

• Certified BI (Tableau, IBM Cognos BI) Administrator
