Job Description


  • This Role needs to oversee the implementation and maintenance of computer systems, Regular software updates to Networks and servers, including Laptops, PCs and ensure the company has stable and secure system infrastructure for serving internal teams on a day-to-day basis. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for maintaining the Network, Servers, Database, Storage, and backup of Data, and you might be working with internal/external teams for any other solution building or integration.


  1. Provide Support needed for Company users, and Support needed may be computer admin support, Diagnosing and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
  2. Monitor and maintain application and network servers.
  3. Accountable for New user system setup, New Server setup, and annual server maintenance.
  4. Ensure the highest standards of security are incorporated in Company Servers, laptops and PC used. Ensure Right Antivirus software is installed and updated on a timely basis.
  5. Hardware/software installation, upgrade, configuration, troubleshooting, regular backup, disaster recovery, etc.
  6. Maintain hardware inventory such as Mobile Devices, PC & Laptops. Work closely with vendors for equipment maintenance as needed.
  7. Prepare and maintain documentation of IT Policies.
  8. Provide training on Best practices to keep PC, Mobile device, and Laptop from security threats.
  9. Able to maintain Companies' IT assets and assist IT Support in the Audit process when needed.
  10. Daily CCTV checks and performance.
  11. Oversee system performance, alerts, and troubleshooting issues and Perform system upgrades as needed.
  12. willingness to train staff and learn new technologies.


  1. Must have Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, IT, or related field.
  2. Minimum 8-10 years of work experience as an IT Administrator or Computer System Administrator or Network Administrator or IT Help Desk Technician or similar Role.
  3. Apply concepts of IT Service Management (Incident, Change, Service, Release, and Configuration)
  4. Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) would be an added advantage.
  5. Knowledge of system security, Data backup/recovery.
  6. Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  7. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex & basic technical issues.
  8. Work well under pressure and communicate effectively with others.
  9. Good organization skills, with the ability to properly document and track information.
  10. Dynamic, customer-oriented, Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  11. Excellent scheduling and multitasking skills.
  12. Excellent communication skills in English (written, spoken) is a MUST.
  13. Strong problem-solving skills and Experience in hardware troubleshooting.
