As a Customer Success Consultant, you will provide a helping hand to our customers to grow their Talent Management capabilities with JobTech.

In this role, you’ll get to:

· Be well-versed with our flagship software platform

· Partner with our customers to effectively resolve issues through phone, email and chat.

· Work directly with customers to build business relationships and to find out their ongoing implementation, integration, and support needs

· Diagnose software issues and engage with our data and engineering teams

· Communicate thoughtful, customized solutions that help customers move forward and grow their business

· Collaborate with internal account managers to identify opportunities for existing customers to expand their usage of our platform or services

· Show composure and flexibility as customer needs evolve

· Self-motivated & eager to learn

· Strong written & verbal communication skills to effectively maintain relationships with clients.

· Excellent communicator, articulate, fluid conversationalist

· Interested in technology and data analytics products

· Adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs

· Passionate about working with customers and finding solutions that make their goals possible

· Has knowledge of common Human Resource management system functionality
