Job Description

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for all aspects of Marketing activities including Social Media and Digital Advertising

· Monitor all deadline and ensure scheduled posts are posted on time

· Prepare Media Plans and post-campaign reports

· Review day-to-day operation processes, identify areas of improvement and make actionable recommendations based on underlying analysis

· Create and manage detailed marketing analysis & report in a different format (spreadsheets, dashboard, and presentation)

· Deliver value-added reports and insights, validate newly created reports and develop corrective actions to improve data integrity and quality

· Develop and monitor data quality metrics to ensure business data and reporting needs are met

· Keep up to date with the latest practices on data visualization and management to improve reporting/business analytics at scale

· Upload and schedule website Banners, Digital Signage Slides and ensuring 100% store information is accurate and updated on time

· Track, monitor social media/digital platforms’ performance and optimize if necessary.

· Manage end-to-end data projects; identify issues, gather information from various sources, analyze data, interpret patterns and trends, build models, give recommendations, and create insightful reports


Requirements:

· Degree in Marketing

· At least 1 to 2 years working experience in a related field with a proven track record

· Must be proficient at Excel, Powerpoint, and Google Data Studio

· Well-verse with social media platforms (ie: Facebook/ Instagram/ Tik Tok)

· Excel at working with big data and highly analytical

· Attention to detail and take ownership of projects

· Ability to work in a fast pace environment that always change

· Highly resourceful, business-minded and consumer-focused

· Knowledge in industry-level digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics is a big plus point
