Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee, plan and develop creative marketing strategy on Google Ads.
  • Set up, execute and maintain activity on Google Search Ads, Google Display Network, Google Video Ads and to meet marketing KPIs such as conversions and traffic.
  • Regularly perform thorough keywords research for Google search ads, optimise ad copies and work with marketing team for website content.
  • Work with the designer team and studio team to create compelling creative artworks and videos.
  • Monitor and analyse data from Google Ads and Google Analytics regularly and identify areas for improvement.
  • Extract leads from CRM and prepare daily report for management to review.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to keep abreast of industry trends and news.
  • Brainstorm creative marketing ideas with the marketing team on any upcoming event.
  • Perform other marketing tasks assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on Google Ads experience
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or equivalent
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Google Ads & Google Analytics certified individuals preferred
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with passion on data analytics
  • Passionate on digital marketing
  • Able to work independently with little supervision while meeting expectations
  • Meticulous with details, excellent design sense
  • Ability to multi-task, manage priorities and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to develop practical solutions, willing to learn and adapt to new changes
  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice
