- Responsible for ByteDance enterprise' global business success.
- Align with EPS managements to come up with aggressive but realistic targets and tactics.
- Lead the global GTM strategy design and execution, based on in-depth market understandings.
- Build and grow a skillful global sales team.
- Establish strong pipeline for our innovation technology and solutions.
- Execute Go To Market strategy and drive revenue growth through effective sales activities.
- Build and manage strong relationships with prospective clients and partners.
- Partner closely with marketing team to drive up market awareness of our innovation technology portfolio via public conferences, seminars and/or workshops.
- Be proactive in problem solving even if it’s outside of your concerned area and ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
- At least 10+ years of Enterprise software and/or SaaS technology solution sales experience in global leading tech companies.
- CEO/COO/CRO/Sales Vice President experience more than 3 years.
- Proven track record of building and leading a sales team globally.
- Candidate with all sales pattern such as direct sales, partners sales and channel sales experience are preferred.
- Strong networks/experience with C-level executives.
- Solid tech background. Familiar with cloud computing, IT infrastructure, AI technologies are preferred.
- Master's degree is a must.
- Experience of online business is a plus.
