Job Description


Reporting to the Head of SEA Business Marketing team in TikTok, you will lead a team focused on providing valuable insights to our industry partners across SEA. You will be responsible for driving data insights which will help industry partners build their brands and extend their reach on TikTok. Responsibilities - Communicate with leadership, identify business goals and challenges to define research roadmap and project scope, be the subject matter expert for marketing insights and intelligence to the sales and marketing teams - Manage and steer the insights team to deliver projects and drive business growth pillars - Connect the dots to deliver clear, actionable client-friendly narratives by leveraging on various sources of data and information - Develop and execute an insights outreach programme, taking a proactive approach to webinars, speaker panels and external engagements to share insights - Own thought leadership role within the community, proactively share interesting and thought provoking insights to business leaders and industry partners


- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree from a recognized institution

Minimum 12 years' experience in consumer insights, with at least 5 years' experience in a regional lead role - Robust quantitative analytical skills to complement strong business acumen and data storytelling - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple leadership levels and cross-functional teams - Experience in client side (brand) and agency side experience (e.g. Kantar, Nielsen, media agencies, consulting firms etc) will be an advantage
