This role will see you responsible for implementing and advancing the offer process, induction and onboarding of new staff. General assistance across all of the People functions at Aaqua. You will be a key member of the broader People team and interact regularly with the all functions across the People team and our Team Leaders.
Your contribution will include :
•Support the execution of HR processes and transactions according to the documented procedures to fulfil internal and external service level standards and provide a seamless and accurate delivery of HR services
- Develop the standard procedures that ensure execution of HR Operations related processes according to requirements such as issuance and tracking of employment contracts and policies;
- Induction and onboarding activities
- Manage the employee life cycle documentation and process such as workpass application, probation confirmation, payroll process, benefits admin, exit process etc
- Maintain BambooHR (employee data, HR Policies, information and workflows, processes and all other data in the HRIS)
Ideally your career journey to date will have given you experience in or exposure to the following :
•Prior experience in HR shared services environment, with good knowledge of employment legislative landscape in Singapore
•Willingness to learn
•Ability to work in culturally diverse environment
•Experience in a start up environment would be beneficial
•Discreet, resourceful, independent.
