Job Responsibilities 

You will be reporting to the Team Lead, Employee-Wellbeing, Human Capital (HC). As the HRIS project lead for HC, you will represent HC and interface with IT to drive and manage end-to-end HRIS system transformation, moving from SAP to new HR solution (Cumulus). You will   

  • Gather and consolidate user requirements from the respective stakeholders and be involved in technical solution exploration and proposals
  • Work with IT and provide guidance / facilitation to the project team through the different phase of HRIS rollout, ensuring execution to project plan and identified business needs / outcomes that are within agreed parameters of cost, timelines, and standards
  • Identify potential project risks and implications to the organisation and communicate/ escalate, track, and resolve project issues including recommend mitigating measures
  • Effectively engage IT on the delivery of digital solutions and services / system demonstrations
  • Partner relevant stakeholders on resolution of system issues and facilitate operations considerations for deployment and cutover
  • Support the User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and ensure timely reporting and resolution of issues
  • Support the Master records track through process and project documentation for reference and audit, spanning across data migration, conversion, mapping, verification, cleansing.
  • Work collaboratively with the project team to review, manage, and execute all change management within the HC division including managing organization changes in HR systems and work with module leads to align HR process with system workflow

 

 

Job Requirements

In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following

  • Background in HR IT environment and have deep knowledge of HRIS, Workday and scale ERP systems for HR.
  • At least 5 years of relevant project management experience with proven success in previous HR System implementation projects
  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management
  • Project Management related certifications such as CITPM, COMIT or PMI will be advantageous
  • Strong analytical, conceptualization and problem-solving skills
  • Motivated by innovation to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills

The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 1-year' fixed term contract in the first instance.
