The successful candidate will join the Operations & Enterprise (HR & Finance) department in SIA Information Technology Division. He/She will drive the implementation of SuccessFactors SaaS HR platform suite covering Core HR, Time Management, Talent Management and Recruitment, which SIA is embarking as part of a HR transformation project.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • As part of the IT team that is responsible for the implementation of HR platform together with the appointed Systems Integrator and the Product vendor(s), he/she will be in charge of functional and technical aspects, including integration with SIA systems and data migration.
  • Develop deep hands-on expertise on configuring SuccessFactors and code integration scripts using native SuccessFactors capability and SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
  • Liaise with SIA internal teams for changes to impacted applications and monitor timely completion. Support end-to-end System Integration Testing and plan, including documenting test scenarios.
  • Perform Scrum Master role and assist the squad(s) by removing any impediments and improve team’s throughput and achieve timely deliveries.
  • Handle new enhancements and post implementation application support, including application audits and landscape review, for the HR suite of applications. Liaise with the Product vendors to push for SIA requirements to be incorporated in the Product roadmap.
  • Develop deep domain expertise on HR applications suite. Provide advice as Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for the applications, when required.
  • Continually streamline and optimize the HR application suite to reduce incidents and improve resilience and cost of ownership.
  • Ensure that the processes and procedures are followed for audit and Infosecurity compliance.
  • Continually track industry and IT trends in HR domain, and identify suitable areas and innovation opportunities for potential adoption by business.
  • Any relevant ad-hoc duties.
  • This is an individual contributor role.


Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology or related fields.
  • Experience in Agile framework and handling major projects.
  • Must have prior hands-on functional and technical experience in leading SuccessFactors HCM solutions including SAP Cloud Platform Integration and data migration. Experience in local country specific requirements and integration with SAP ECC Payroll for Singapore will be an added advantage.
  • Functional experience in all areas HR domain.
  • Experience in managing IT systems and projects. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong critical thinking and Scrum Master skills.
  • Team player with good inter-personal skills.
