We are working on a Digital Transformation Programme to transform how endpoint support is provided to MHA officers through re-engineering work processes and automation. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the design, implementation, operations and support of our enterprise endpoints management solutions. You are expected to have strong infrastructure and endpoint background. You will be closely working with peers from other teams like network and security to ensure a holistic view during the design and implementation to achieve the best experience for the end-users in terms of network performance, usability, accessibility, and security.

• Work with infrastructure architects to rationalise the technical design and ensure the solution works well with infrastructure, policies, standards and security requirements
• Translate the technical solution/design into technical specifications and functional requirements.
• Lead outsourced service providers and product principals to manage the delivery, operations as well as Tech Refresh on the technology solutions for endpoint services:
     o Endpoint Protection;
     o Network Access Control;
     o Windows Operating Systems
     o Microsoft Office, M365
     o System Center Configuration Manager
     o Systems Center Operations Manager
     o Microsoft Intune
     o BigFix
• Ensure the operations process and controls are clearly documented and operationalised
• Explore new solutions and technologies, integrate learning and recommendations for operational efficiency and continual improve of the infrastructure for better user experience, including endpoint troubleshooting tools to for users to perform self-help
• Plan, design and support Technology Refresh and migration activities for the end-point infrastructure services
• Responsible for the planning of updates to Operating Systems, Browser road-maps, and new services/features/roadmaps
• Ensure smooth service delivery and implementation within the business context
• Create and maintain endpoint images and their versions to ensure they meet the security level according to policies
• Oversee the test environment and work with peers to ensure patches and updates do not affect any functionality
• Support investigation in endpoint related incidents
• Oversee endpoints systems management tools to ensure full control over various endpoints to ensure compliance
• Engage and update Stakeholders (management and users) on pain-points and requirements for forward planning
• Responsible to embody a learning culture, guide, and train peers to improve as a team

• Knowledge and experience of end-user computing technologies that includes Operating Systems and their updates, Group Policy Object (GPO) formulation, networking fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, VLAN, and firewall), and service automation
• Knowledge of software packing tools like PowerShell scripting, deployment and management like BigFix, Microsoft SCCM, and Microsoft Intune, as well as endpoint protection tools like anti-virus, firewall policies, network access control, data loss protection (DLP), endpoint detection and response (EDR), and policy enforcement technologies like Symantec Endpoint Protection
• Knowledge in endpoint monitoring like BigFix, SCOM and SCCM
• Knowledge of the latest Windows 10 Operating System (OS) with experience in OS upgrades
• Experienced and familiar with endpoint troubleshooting tools like Process Monitor, Process Dump, etc.
• Proven track record and experienced in vendor management and working with product principals and partners
• Able to lead and provide directions for troubleshooting during incidents
• Pro-active, dynamic with good analytical thinking, and willing to evaluate rationales
• Able to coordinate, organise, prioritise and multi-task
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer orientation, team interaction/effectiveness, and decision-making skills

• Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in related disciplines is preferred

• Certification in Windows 10 or endpoint
• Certification in ITIL foundation
• Certification in BigFix or SCCM
• Certification in Enterprise Administration Expert
• M365 Fundamentals
