Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provides installation and technical support to end user  • Configures, installs and maintains current application systems

• Responding in a timely manner to support issues and requests

• Network/system troubleshooting

• Maintain IT assets, license and documentations

•  Support tracking log

• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

• Setting up accounts for new users

• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

• Scripting and programming for the purpose of system administration and/or user requirement.

Competency Requirements

• Min Diploma in IT or equivalent

• Experience in providing End User Support

• Experience in Network, routing protocol

• Experience on windows active directory, Windows OS, Linux, email system, database and etc.

• Experience in VBA scripting

• Knowledge in software development will be an advantage
