Job Description

• Provide first-line support for problems on all applications/hardware configurations and resolve issues quickly related but not limited to: hardware malfunctions, software errors, passwords, printer configurations/errors/jams, software installations/configurations, VPN/remote connection and wireless configuration/connectivity
• Maintain inventory assignment history of all IT equipment
• Schedule and implement new user orientation on the operation of PC and navigation to network resource
• Maintenance and upgrading of current systems and network
• Provide IT Documentation, Application and Desktop Support

The Successful Applicant

• Diploma or Degree holder in Information Technology/Computer Science
• At least 2 years of experience in providing IT Support to end-users with a strong customer-service oriented mindset
• Strong understanding of computers (both hardware and software), managed wireless networks and a demonstrated willingness to learn and apply new technology
• CCNA certification or a proven track record in supporting network-related issues will be highly regarded
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple project and priorities
• Candidates with a strong interest in sports and fitness activities will be highly regarded
