Job Description

Specific Accountabilities

· Ownership of the functional requirements within the competency center

· Ownership of Functional Change Documentation

· Ensure business and system requirements are well documented

· Lead WMS Solutioning

· Maintain high standards of service quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits

· Provide leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.

Skills Required

· Proven experience in warehouse and supply chain work process design

· Proven WMS experience

· Proven experience engaging business users and technical resources

· Ability to quickly grasp concepts and workflows

· Ability to manage escalation from various stakeholders

· Strong analysis and presentation skills

· Experience with QA

· Experience with agile development methodologies

· Experience with Use cases, UML

· Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes

Experience and Qualifications

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain , IT or related degree
  • Min 12 years’ relevant experience
  • Experience in Supply Chain or in a 3rd party logistics company mandatory
  • Experience in warehouse management systems or ERP systems
  • Prior experience in a project or technical leadership position
