Job Description

  • Assist in ensuring that all components in the End User Computing (EUC) are in compliance with the customer services standard and IT security requirements
  • Assist in maintaining a healthy customer relationship with students and staff
  • Proactively seek for areas to improve and enhance EUC delivery
  • Continuously research and evaluate new technologies/methodologies and give recommendations
  • Assist in managing IT projects and coordinate with other parties to guarantee its success
  • Assist in managing EUC projects, contracts, enterprise licenses and telecommunications requirements
  • Recommends solutions and opportunity areas to increase self-sufficiency of students and staff
  • Develop, communicate and maintain end-user related policies and procedures




  • Relevant qualifications, preferably in Information Technology or a related field
  • At least 4 years of It experience is preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • A hardworking, dynamic person who takes initiative, able to multi-task and handle diverse portfolios
  • Able to work as a team with infrastructure, server, applications, security team or other stakeholders
  • Strong conceptual understanding on one of the following areas (preferably with work experience) will be a plus:
    • ITIL processes and application
    • EUC resources provisioning
    • End point security
    • Contract and outsourcing management
