About the Company

Our Client is a global leader in system integration, data centre management and digital transformation.


We’re looking for an Oracle Identity Management Specialist to support architects and developers and own the deployment, integration and maintenance support of the Oracle Identity Management System (IDMS).

  • Architect, design, develop, configure and implement Oracle IDMS and related solutions;
  • Ensure security updates, patches and upgrades are carried out on a regular basis;
  • Implement changes to the database as required, supporting developers;
  • Diagnose problems or failures, and ensure prompt recovery;
  • Lead the incident management team, and address escalations;
  • Oversee the effectively and quick resolution of problems that users may face with the IDMS;
  • Document design specifications in accordance to business and technical requirements;
  • Review and recommend areas for improvement and expansion;
  • Ensure security compliance and system assurance.


  • Degree in Information Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering or any relevant discipline;
  • Relevant professional or industry certifications would be an advantage;
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, with work experience in both database administration and application development;
  • Strong proficiency in Windows and Linux servers;
  • Strong proficiency in Oracle Identity & Access Management solutions;
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team;
  • Excellent organisational skills, with ability to prioritise tasks with competing deadlines.

Employment Details

  • Permanent role;
  • On-call rotation, required to work outside of normal working hours to respond to incidents.
