Postal Officer (International Post & Parcel)

Job Duties

• Receiving, Recording, Sorting, Packing, Dispatching of Parcels to Oversea.(Qubevu scan in Ezytrak system)
• Response to email on shipment enquiry.
• Break bulking the shipment.
• To create and modify the current flight schedule for each country as and when necessary.
• Arrange all bags according to its individual flights on a pallet or RC as possible before handing it over with the prepared documents (CN38) to the next party/ SATS E-hub)
• Responsible for truck unloading and loading duty.
• Manning TRS counter (for accepting lodgement from customer within the Free Trade Zone).
• Returns management (Receiving returned items or rejected items)
• Warehouse housekeeping and 5S.
• Any adhoc duties assign by supervisor.

Location : ATC, 21 North Perimeter Road, Airmail Transits Centre, Level 3 S819118 (Nearest MRT: Upper Changi Station)

Rotating shift

AM shift: 0730hrs-1945hrs
Night shift: 1930hrs-0745hrs
