Pre Sales Consultant

• Act as the single point of contact for assigned major accounts.
• Collaborate with sales teams to build relationships with technical and business contacts across the account portfolio.
• Support clients by providing program guidance, expertise and performing research / analysis on production issues.
• Manage and troubleshoot client issues.
• Interface with Sales, Product and Technology Teams.
• Generate business intelligence reports used for client deep dive analysis and discover opportunities to assist sales teams in country.
• Provide help to regional Technical Account Management on critical issues.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technology or equivalent , 8+ years of working experience in supporting and/or client facing roles with a strong technical aptitude,
• Experience of working with e-commerce platforms such as online shopping carts and/ or payment service providers (gateways / acquirers), Understanding of mobile payments, including contactless payments, online/remote payments, QR Codes, cloud-based payments, and chip cards (contact and contactless)
• Knowledge in Credit Card Payments & Processing, Experience in Ecommerce / Web Technologies, Experience in Loyalty products and services
- Skills: Magento, SAP Hybris, AEM, SFCC ECOMMERCE Domain
