Production Support Executive

Must-Have: 

1. 6-8 yrs of IT      Production support experience based on ITIL processes.
2. Strong Experience in Sharepoint Online, ASP.NET, O365,      AZURE, WINTEL, Unix & Linux shell scripts technologies in production support environment.
3. Perform 24x7 on-call support including weekends.
4. Perform Incident and Problem management     process handling high severity Incidents
5. Handle high critical incidents to provide quick workaround and permanent fixes within agreed SLA.
6. Proactive in providing continuous improvements &      corrective actions.
7. Cloud knowledge –      Azure, AWS

Good-to-Have: 

1. Knowledge in .NET, Webservers,      DB.
2. Good problem      solving & analytical skills
3. Team skills
4. Good Communication Skill
5. Willing to learn Airline      domain knowledge
