Would you like to lead and manage a team of high performance Account Managers focused on increasing adoption of Amazon Web Services in the Singapore market? Do you have the business savvy, technical background, and leadership skills necessary to help establish AWS as the premier cloud provider and strategic technology partner for our enterprise customers?
As the Sales Team Lead, reporting to the Head of Sales for AWS Singapore, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead a highly talented sales team focused on businesses in Singapore innovate and grow their businesses through increased adoption of AWS services.
The ideal candidate will possess a sales, management, and technical background that enables them to lead a team with engagements at the senior-stakeholder level as well as with software developers and IT architects.

- Accelerate the growth of AWS business in Singapore
- Exceed set business objectives
- Lead and strengthen a highly skilled sales team
- Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/segment plan
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services
- Accelerate customer adoption
- Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
- Draft various business reports
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
- Ensure customer satisfaction
