SAP Consultant

Work together with a team of technical experts to ensure the ongoing stability of SAP’s Active Directory, Public Key infrastructure and as well as ensuring optimum management of the Exchange environment at SAP.
Provide 3rd level support for mail and AD-related issues.
Contribute to the implementation and optimization of authentication systems.
Deliver architecture recommendations based on industry best practices.
Develop relationships with other IT departments to stay aligned on new service/technology rollouts
Ensure guidelines, policies, tools, and processes are kept up-to-date
Share your knowledge continuously with the team
Knowledge or a strong background in Exchange 2010/2013, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Mac OS X.
Strong background in AD, PKI, and SSO
Knowledge in PowerShell, Authentication Protocols (Kerberos, SAML, Certificate-based), and DNS
Experience working on transnational projects or teams
Managing support requests from 1st and 2nd level
Maintaining a high level of service to customers
Following service management processes
