Job Description

Responsibilities


Data Management (70%)

  • Work with stakeholders to develop processes for the extraction and management of data from clinical and other data sources
  • Develop models for data extraction to produce insightful, actionable results to meet organization’s needs and expectations
  • Create visualization/dashboards for key metrics/insights
  • Manage existing databases and data systems using Python
  • Able to prepare and conduct presentations to describe data infrastructures, analysis methods and results of the analyses
  • Produce documentation of new or existing systems and data management support documents on standards, best practices policies and procedures


Web Development (30%)

  • Liaise closely with other colleagues to gather requirements for any website development and enhancements
  • Establish and guide the development of the website’s architecture and design
  • Develop and maintain web applications using Java scripts and C Sharp
  • Develop a robust UAT process and post deployment support and troubleshooting.
  • Document design specifications, logic concepts and module description.



Requirements :

  • Master/Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
  • 1 -3 years of experience in web development
  • Functional Data scientist or Data analyst or full stack developer with informatics background in healthcare industry are preferred
  • Training on Radiotherapy planning system and data management will be provided for candidates with no experience in healthcare.
  • Competent in knowledge, skills and aptitude
  • Experience and proficiency in JavaScript, Java web framework, Python, SQL, R is essential.
  • Relational database systems knowledge is required. Object Oriented Programming and web application development is essential
  • Manage web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
  • Able to work in a multidisciplinary team in a clinical related environment and possess excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Organize and meticulous, independent, multi-tasker, resourceful, innovative and creative in problem solving
