Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is responsible for driving IT sales revenue through prospecting, acquisition, development, and expansion of customer opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Country Sales Manager
  • Act as leader and assist in manage other account managers
  • Manage existing / new channel partners, system integrators and end users
  • Meet or exceed sales target given
  • Develop sales pipeline and manage sales forecast
  • Develop and maintain a high level understanding of IT Network, Infrastructure, Security Technologies, Implementation Services in local competitive environment
  • Generate sales opportunity to achieve short and long term revenue and profit growth
  • To prepare sales quotation and address sales enquiries with competitive offerings in a timely and professional manner
  • To negotiate with customers on price/terms and conclude sales orders
  • To implement sales and account management plan to develop new customers, manage and grow existing business
  • Maintain and develop excellent customers relationship with internal business units and external business partners for driving sales result.


  • Diploma or Degree graduate
  • Proven minimum 3 years working experience in IT solutions sales and Hardware direct/channel sales, with the ability to demonstrate a high level of understanding in System Integration, Managed Services, Network Infrastructure and Security Technologies
  • Experience of account manager leader is an advantage
  • Excellent written, oral communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience in selling hardware is a must
  • Good contacts and network in the IT Industry
  • High self-esteem, energy and committed to customer satisfaction.
  • Self starter, meticulous, and ability to work effectively as an individual as well as part of a team.
