1.Experience in Agile framework and handling major projects.


2.Must have prior hands-on functional and technical experience in leading SuccessFactors HCM solutions including SAP Cloud Platform Integration and data migration. Experience in local country specific requirements and integration with SAP ECC Payroll will be an added advantage.  


3.Functional experience in all areas HR domain. 


4.Experience in managing IT systems and projects. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
