SAFER CYBERSPACE DIVISION, CSA

 

About CSA

As Singapore harnesses technology to improve lives and livelihoods for all, it is imperative that our plans are built on a strong foundation of cybersecurity, without which we would be exposing ourselves to the multitude of threats that lurk in cyberspace.

The Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) was formed in 2015 and has been given the task of protecting Singapore’s cyberspace. It is part of the Prime Minister’s Office and is managed by the Ministry of Communications and Information.

 

Responsibilities

The Safer Cyberspace Division in CSA focuses on raising the national cybersecurity posture for enterprises and individuals. We are looking for a candidate to lead a team to drive the development of partnerships with the ICT industry to collectively drive awareness and adoption of CSA’s safer cyberspace initiatives. The key areas of responsibilities are as follows:

Lead a team to:

  • Drive business development and partnerships in the ICT industry to grow the network of partners working with CSA to enable a safer cyberspace
  • Proactively identify and structure win-win engagements with key stakeholders
  • Key stakeholders to engage include
    • For enterprises: Sector lead agencies, Trade Associations and Chambers (TACs), industry associations, enterprises
    • For individuals: Government agencies, community groups, voluntary welfare organisations, enterprises
    • Technology providers in the ICT industry
  • Drive adoption of CSA’s safer cyberspace initiatives
  • Plan and implement outreach and engagement activities to enterprises and individuals in collaboration with key stakeholders in Government and industry
  • Develop the relevant measures to track and measure the effectiveness of the partnerships and engagements

 

Requirements

  • Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Infocomm Technology, Business or a related field
  • Relevant experience in technology pre-sales/sales, marketing or consulting
  • Possess technical knowledge in cybersecurity
  • Having strong personal networks to the key stakeholders outlined above, or to the business and social sectors is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, project management and negotiation skills
  • Strong communications skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong engagement skills
  • High self-driven, a team player and fast learner
  • Team management experience
