Senior Executive, Digital & Social Insights (Implementation & Deployment)

· Owning the solution design and implementation of StarHub’s digital marketing analytics solutions (i.e., Adobe Analytics, Target, various other web and native app measurement software)

· Translating business reporting needs into viable web analytics solutions and tracking requirements

· Creating and executing the data collection plan including variable definitions, required Adobe Launch rules and custom JavaScript, data correlation and all settings for report suites.

· Setting up and maintaining data validation, governance and testing processes for analytics solutions

Responsibilities

· Implement and manage analytics platforms – Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics

· Implement and manage tags via tag management platform – Adobe Dynamic Tag Management and Google Tag Manager

· Customise data layer implementation on various web properties

· Customise analytics implementation for new and existing mobile applications

· Diagnose and report issues with existing platform configurations and tags, and provide recommendations for improvement

· Define test scenarios and test cases for ad-hoc analytics implementation projects and regular analytics implementation health check

· Develop test plans, scenarios and test cases for analytics test and regression test activities on web and mobile applications

· Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve analytics data discrepancies or platform issues

· Maintain a library of implementation documentations, test scenarios and test within the organization

· Create the analytics project technical specification documents

· Key point of contact for technical aspects of analytics

Requirements

· Experience working with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics

· Exposure to tag management platforms and data layers

· Certified programmer: HTML, Javascript, CSS and similar languages

· Certification in Computer Science and System Analysis

· Experience with Mobile Application testing on iOS and Android devices

· Working knowledge of JavaScript, Regular Expression, JSON, jQuery, CSS, JSP, PHP and HTML

· Experience with web diagnostic tools like Charles Proxy

· Excellent project management capabilities with high attention to detail
