Job Description

10 + years of experience in below -

  • Specialist knowledge on any one domain LINUX, UNIX, CLOUD PROFICIENT
  • All escalations must be stop at L3
  • Excellent trouble shooting knowledge of SAN / NAS / Networking / LINUX / UNIX
  • Subject matter expertise in any one of the domains ( AD / SNAPSHOT / CIFS / GRW / Managed Capacity
  • Should have at least specialist certification form Azure / AWS / Google on cloud platform
  • Experience in interacting with high profile clients with excellent communication skills.
  • Mentoring skills to Level 2.5 and Level 2
  • Ability to work under high pressure
  • Must ready to work in 24/7 environment
  • Excellent customer handling skills
  • Ability to hold customer for long troubleshooting calls
  • Hands on experience on cloud migration tools
  • Hands on experience on cloud migration and different cloud migration tools for different cloud vendors

Roles and Responsibility of Level 3 Engineer

· To handle P1 cases: escalated/ Critical/ and customers which are valued for Panzura

· To do all escalated calls and provide resolution

· Extreme good case management skills

· To-do technical reviews and audits for the assigned team/ Shift

· To help in Coaching/ Mentoring level 2.5 and 2

· To conduct technical interviews as per the requirements

· Replicate or reproduce issues

· File bugs and escalate cases after L3 approval

· Management interface and provide technical consultancy to VP -Customer Support
