Senior Systems Analyst / Systems Analyst (Digital Ecosystem), Digital Office, Infotech and Digital Transformation Department  #SGUnited #Public Service

You will be joining the Digital Ecosystem team within Infotech and Digital Transformation Department to drive process improvement efforts as well as digital initiatives aim at improving work efficiency and employees’ productivity.

As a member of the Digital Ecosystem team, the main responsibilities of the System Analyst would include (but not limited to) the following:

  • Support business case development and piloting of digital productivity tools such as Chatbots/Robotic Process Automation/Data Visualisation/Workflow Automation
  • Partner business users to undertake process reviews and cocreate solutions to streamline and automate existing work processes
  • Identify and recommend suitable digital tools/ technologies that meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build a sustainable ecosystem supporting digitalisation
  • Organise and conduct knowledge sharing to raise the level of awareness and adoption of productivity tools within PUB
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, guidelines and security requirements which includes managing audit queries
  • Validate design and effort of service & change requests for quality, reliability, maintainability and reasonableness



  • Tertiary qualification in preferably Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • Preferably with 2 years & above of IT and/or process re-engineering experience; analytical
  • Coding artefacts completed by applicant can be submitted for added consideration
  • Able to assimilate information quickly and propose improvement to complex issues in a clear and concise manner.
  • Comfortable in engaging with multiple and diverse stakeholders (including senior/middle management, users and vendors) via different mediums (e.g. presentation, in writing)
  • Meticulous, analytical, self-driven & able to multi-task.
  • Able to work independently and in teams with a positive attitude
