Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management (technical aspect) and accuracy of the data for our SAGE CRM system. You will collaborate closely with multiple departments to support, configure, maintain, and improve Lumens’ CRM system to support our daily operations and strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the data while ensuring its security and accuracy and communicating with the developers on error reporting. The qualified candidate for this role will have technical experience working with data, data clean-up and reporting, and either have some experience with Sage CRM or another database/CRM system.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Serve as a primary system administrator for the Sage CRM environment.
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Help prioritize and triage all Sage CRM issues and feature/product requests directly with the vendor
  • Assisting with preparation of data reports/analytics as applicable.
  • Extracting data from CRM to create and run campaigns while paying close attention to detail.
  • Attending and participating in project and functional group meetings as required.
  • Conduct diligence on our current systems and tools and operate as main liaison with all vendors
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests

  • Basic programming skill (C, C++ preferred) and SQL knowledge required
  • Technical experience managing complex databases and large data sets preferred
  • Previous experience working with technical aspect of CRMs and reporting tools preferred
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to effectively manage several projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated with the enthusiasm to learn and the ability to work both independently as well as part of a team
