Job Description

  • We are looking for a talent to join Records Management Onboarding team in Singapore. Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of IT experience with sound knowledge in banking domain.
  • Responsibilities:Technical Responsibilities (est. 60 to 80%)
    • Review requirement specification & archive configurations to identify gaps and discrepancies;
    ensure that technical requirements of the system are addressed in the requirement specification
    • Complete build and unit testing for assigned application feeds
    • Conduct test scenarios walkthrough for Source IT teams
    • Perform SIT testing, conduct root cause analysis of test defects, implement fixes
    • Prepare UAT deployments (e.g. configuration tags)
    • Produce production handover document, participate in post-production verification checks
    • Perform routine system health checks
    • Complete various proof of concepts on a need basis

    Business Responsibilities (est. 20 to 40 %)
    • Conduct initial kick off meeting with each application at the beginning of release
    • Query resolution and business engagement activities up to design sign off
    • User testing support during UAT phase for application feed testing
    • Perform impact analysis where required
    • Support Audit and/or iCAP processes with provision of required evidences relating to application
    data archiving
    • Support management with reporting related to Onboarding statistics where required
    • Build and keep up with knowledge of the Bank's Records Management policies
  • Mandatory Skills:Oracle
  • Mandatory Skills Description:- Strong knowledge demonstrated and working experience in Unix, Oracle and SQL/PL SQL (queries writing experience required) and Shell Scripting
    - Strong banking domain knowledge and experience must have
    - Maintain documentation of Onboarding projects, including risk tracking, action logs and project deliverables
    - Follow processes to track the Onboarding projects status throughout the lifecycle
    - Perform quality assurance checks and required testing standards on the received data feeds based on defined guidelines
    - Make sure the risks and issues in processes are identified, reported and escalated as required
    - Provide support to the project manager to maintain and update the Onboarding consultation details

    - Client orientated and focused on service quality with strong interpersonal skills comfortable at interacting with colleagues at all levels
    - Familiar with Agile methodology, Scrum/Kanban delivery approaches

    - A strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • Nice-to-Have Skills:- MS Office applications (including Visio)
    - MS SharePoint design administration
