- Provide customer support 24/7 in the technical team

- Involve in implementation and troubleshooting of hardware systems

- Provide documentations and service reports

Position Requirements:

· College diploma degree in the field of Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent field and/or demonstrated experience in 24x7 infrastructure support

· Exceptional written and oral communication skills

· Exceptional interpersonal skills

· Ability to learn and pick up skills quickly

· Highly self-motivated and directed

· Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
