Systems Engineer (Linux, Windows) - Rotational Shifts

Shift Operation Service

1.  On-site with windows and linux experience

2.  Shall work in a rotating shift to cover 24x7x365 days, including holidays.

3. Minimally 5 years of experience in

3.1. Windows and Linux system administration

3.2. Jira Service Desk

3.3. Incident and Problem Management

3.4. Asset Management

3. 5 Service Request and Incident Management

Shall be responsible in various activities such as :

a. 24x7 operation support and fast service recovery

b. Resolving incidents and enquiry directly within the SLA and processes defined

c. Escalations to L3 Engineers

d. Service maintenance

e. Service outage

f. Capacity planning

g. Service Enhancement

h. Facilitating operational audits

i. Service Request executions within the agreed time/SLA defined

j. Shall ensure all the service tickets, operational documentation and artefacts are kept organized and updated
