- Build credible, value-based business relationships with customers and partners in a pre-sales capacity.
- Support the Sales Team to win customers through company and product presentations, demonstrations and discussions.
- Define, implement and oversee product/solutions by customers.
- Analyse, design and prepare response to technical/solutions requirements of customers.
- Install and implement products and solutions, ensuring long term customer satisfaction.
- Provide after-sales technical support.
- Conduct training on products and solutions to customers, partners and sales team.
- Keep abreast with competitive and complementary products, solutions and technologies.
- Have at least a Diploma, Graduate Diploma or Post-graduate Diploma in Computer Science/IT or related fields. Graduates with relevant experience are welcome and will be considered for the senior position.
- Have a good command of spoken and written English. Inclusion of a piece of recent written work in application will be beneficial.
- Have good people-facing interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Have good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Have at least 2 years relevant working experience in implementing and using Microsoft OS ie Windows 10, Office 365 outlook, Ms SQL; Ms IIS; Internet security; Networking technologies (LAN/WAN); Experience in Telecommunications, Print/Imaging and Office Automation Solutions will be an advantage.
- Have good knowledge, if not hands-on experience, in Document management systems, Web content management systems, imaging archival systems, BPM and CRM will be an advantage.
- Have experience in training, presales and after sales services/support will be an advantage.
