Test Engineer to be station in Infineon for all Post silicon (TTI FT TO) activities such as migration of FE testing to BE testing of ATV MC, AMSA, Correlation, TP development, debugging, reject validation, Analysis, Tester setup.

Tester knowledge: Teradyne J971 and J750.
